Clint Eastwood is moving forward following the death of his longtime partner, Christina Sandera.
The famed filmmaker’s son, Scott Eastwood, revealed how his dad, 94, is doing six months after Sandera died at age 61 of a heart attack last July.
“He’s good. He’s doing good,” Eastwood, 38, told People. “He’s a survivor, a trouper.”
At the time of Sandera’s death, the Oscar winner released a statement about his girlfriend of 10 years, saying, “Christina was a lovely, caring woman, and I will miss her very much.”

When asked about what he has learned about resilience from his father, Scott replied: “It’s in our blood. You don’t complain. You don’t whine. You just do.”
He noted that Clint “was born coming out of the Great Depression, and then he was young during World War II. He saw a lot of struggle.”
